General information:

- By using our contact form to send us a message you acknowledge that your name, e-mail address and the message itself will be forwarded to our company e-mail address (contact@muhagames.com) so that we can reply to it. If you wish to have your details deleted, please let us know, as we normally keep records of any communication sent to our inbox.
- If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive any news we consider important about our games or our company to the address you have provided. You can unsubscribe at any time. We use MailChimp as our newsletter service.
- Any personal data will only be used for the purpose you originally agreed to (ie. we will not automatically sign you up for a newsletter if you sent us a tip).
- We will never give or sell any personal information we obtain about you unless required by law.
Kickstarter/pledges stuff:
- If you backed a successfully funded project that we develop, Kickstarter will share with us your details so that we can fulfil our liabilities and deliver your reward.
- We also have your details if you have sent us a pledge or a tip outside of Kickstarter (ie. through PayPal or through our Pledge Store).
- Please make sure that those details are up to date, otherwise, we may not be able to deliver any due rewards. We will make every effort to deliver them but if we are unable to do it, we reserve the right to not refund your pledge.
